Copyright/Tradmark of a Name
I am writing because I because I am a Hip-Hop Artist who has written several songs that contain the name of a liquor company in a short lyric. The lyric cast a negative attitude towards the liquor company or its product name. I would lime to know if using the name of a company or its product is a copy right violation or could be considered slander in any way.
