My 8yr.old daughter danced for studio for 4 yrs.We paid $204.00 a month and payed close to $800 for costumes.She participated in everything that was required and she did a recital that was professionally videtaped and I gave the director my check of $35 well then I told the director that we would not be back next year and that we have made a commitment with a new studio for the fall because I couldn't afford the new prices next year.So she sent me a letter and my check back and told me that my daughter will not recieve a dvd that my daughter is in

An attorney letter will probably resolve this in your favor unless there is a contract they can rely on.
