Acknowledgment Paternity

My husband had a child 5years ago with a women and they where un wed, he sign the birth certificate and later found out it was chance he was not the father. Now she is filling for child suport, and he wants a DNA test will they grant it and will he have to pay for a the child even if its not his child.

If the DNA test shows that he is not the father, he should not be held responsible for paying child support. If the DNA test shows he is the father, he should find a local attorney to explain his rights and obligations to him.
