Annullment

My marriage was annulled. Will I still be entitled to social secrity benefits from my ex-husband? I meet all of the critera.

Re: Annullment

An annullment is not a divorce. It is as if the marriage did not exist. Therefore, you would not be entitled to social security benefits.
