child support

I had a girl which was pregnant and even thou she agree to have an abortion, she went to the hospital n undid it, she's taking me to court for paternity n child support; If the child comes out that is mine n I want to sign my paternity right over, Do I still have to pay for child support

Yes. Unless the mother waived rights to support you would have the duty to pay child support.
