i'm remerried and my ex is taking me back to court to lower his support in resopnce to the finace ? do i now incloud my new husbens earning /

Your "new husband" does not have a legal or other obligation to support your Ex husband's child.

Therefore, If YOUR employment income has remained essentially the same and you file separate tax returns, your new spouse's income, assets or earnings ordinarily need not be included or submitted to the Court, for calculation your Ex husband's child support obligation.
