Children Abroad

If I, and American, were to go to another country and have a child there with a native woman without marrying her, does she then have the right to come to the US?

Re: Children Abroad

Nope.

YOu would have to go through the fiance visa process. The child however is an american citizen and can come to the USA anytime. Your lover can seek contribution and child support from you according to the laws of her home country.

Good luck.
