Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Custody of children

In the divorce which my ex husband signed he did not contest the fact that he had no visitation nor joint custody of the kids, Can he now get custody or visitation if he petitioned for it.

Also with that in mind he refuses to give an address but wants me to let the kids spend time with him am I right to refuse to let the children go.

what are my rights, and can he get visitation or custody of my children.

Re: Custody of children

With children you may always revisit the issue of custody and visitation. So to answer your question, the husband may get custody (probably visitation). Of course, it would depend on the facts presented to the Court.

As to the address, is there a reason why he refuses to give you an address? If there is a reason the Court will not force a parent to give an address. If there is no reason, an address will usually be exchanged between the parents.
