My mom and dad were married in 1952 they seperated years ago but never legally divorced my father left my mom and six children over the years i find two other women are claiming to have been married to him one says she still is my dad just died and was a service man for years not only did he comit bigatry but he is being buried in arlington national cemetery whay legally can be done so no one can collect his benefits

If your father was never divorced from your mother, and that marriage was the first marriage, the subsequent marriages are a nullity (you can't get married while you are married).

You would have to make application for benefits. If you had the marriage certificate that would be helpful.
