Divorce and Settlement

I am still legally married. My husband is trying to divorce me for adultery. I will contest because I have substantial evidence that he cheated first and abandoned me and our 2 children due to incarceration. The thing is he has a p.i lawsuit pending. Am I or my children entitled to any of it?

You are not entitled to proceeds received from a personal injury settlement.
