Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Hi .. My husband file divorce we been marry for 4 years now he works ,i dont and im receiving SSI recently after our separation..from depression/bipolar..my question is .. Should i take him to court for alimony i know SSI will intervene in this.. If more details is needed please feel free to ask.

You need to file a motion for pendente lite relief in the divorce action. You should speak with a family law attorney about this.
