Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Can a Judge legally..........

Can a Supreme Court Judge who is hearing my divorce matter have conversations with my wifes attorney involving the divorce with out my attorney being present?

I have proof that the judge spoke to a person who knew me and I told this person certain things the judge then contacted my wifes attorney and told him what I was going to do, to better prepare him for the trial

I think it is wrong of the judge, what can I do?

Thank You

Speak to your attorney about this. If your attorney feels that this was improper and significant, you may make a complaint with the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct.
