Marriage/Child Support

If I marry a man who is paying child support and has child support arrears, will my income and financial assets be subject to garnishment to meet his financial obligations.

Your income will not be subject to garnishment. Your income may be considered when making the determination of the amount of "disposable income" the non-custodial parent has.
