Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I've been married 5 years and we have one child together. My husband makes 3 times as much as I do. Do I qualify or am I entitled to alimony?

There are many things that are considered in the award of alimony. If you are the custodial you will certainly be entitled to child support, but you probably need to consult an attorney to go over the assets in the case and advise you on alimony.
