Re: minors

Not much. They can legally have sex. Your best bet is to try to create bridges, be supportive and try to encourage her to talk to you. It is key that she learn not to define herself as his sexual toy and have respect for herself as an equal in her relationships with men.

You may want to speak to a social worker about how to have these conversations, and may need some time working with her to successfully steer this course.

You want to avoid driving her from your home. If she leaves, while you can get her back, it is a dangerous and troublesome proposition.

Make sure she is practicing safety in her sexual liasons. Take her to MD. in Gynocology to be sure she knows what she needs to, and, if you get the chance, have a one on on with the young man... Let him know you're not ok with it, but if it is going to happen, he needs to be mature and safe, and that you are watching.

Good luck.
