she moved out of our house

me and my women not married bought a house together but under her name but i have paper saying the house is both is ours what right do i have here that she moved out

What papers do you have indicating that the house belongs to the two of you? If the deed is in her name, and the mortgage then you would have to prove that you have share in the costs, maintenance, repairs, etc to claim any equitable interest in the property.
