Legal Question in Family Law in New York

nys laws. I have full custody of my son,my wife has every other weekend visits. she is suppose to drop him off at 6pm on sun. he was not home when i got there at 6:10 had to run a few arronds. i tried to text her and call her and my daughter that lives with her they were very un coopoerative and didn't tell me he was there. I was out all night looking for him,called the local police and reported him missing. they tried to call my wife no answer. they sent a sheriff to find out no answer. til the next morning the police department called her and asked if she had him and she did. returned him at 11:30 mon morning. can i have her arrested?

I am unsure what your divorce decree involves regarding this (and arrest). And, busy DA offices don't always prosecute smaller cases.
