Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I'm in the process of completing divorce forms for a no-fault uncontested divorce in NY. My wife and I live separate, in different countries (I'm a UK resident, she is an NY resident).

I'm just wondering when entering the debts, do you need to include debts from before the marriage? We have no joint debts or marriage based debts, but she has some debts from before the marriage such as student loans and credit card debts. Do I need to put this on the forms? We have both already agreed she will be responsible for her own debts and we're not splitting anything. Do I still need to enter them as a formality?

You need an attorney to help you through this. There is no way you can draft this correctly on your own. The forms the state provides are useless in this regard.
