Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I was recently awarded sole physical and legal custody of my son, who is almost 2 years old. There is no visitation schedule because my son's father travels a lot for his job. Instead visitation is "reasonable visitation" at my discretion. My son's father has a friend that I do not want my son to be around. Since I have sole custody do I have any right at all to tell the father that when he has our son for visitation he can't bring him around that person?
