What can i do if my sons father is making false reports to acs about me abusing my child?

This happens all the time. All too often, parents do this to get a leg up on custody fights. More disturbing, courts don't do anything to discourage this type of behavior. In fact, they just go along with it.
The best thing you can do is fight it. Giving up will only result in the loss of your child. At least if you fight against the lies and lose, you'll have no regrets.
