I have a daughter who is suidcial and is in care as we speak I cant afford to take off but I need a flma to help my daughter what can I do.My job is my only souse of income

You don't state how much time off you need, whether you qualify for FMLA leave or if you have asked your employer for leave to care for your daughter. You should discuss your situation with your employer.
