A Church member is blocking the church from accessing their banking accounts

What does the church need to do to get access to their funds?

And how do we remove this man name form the church's bank account, since the bank is unable to assit us?

You need to provide more information to get a better answer, but in the main, what your church really needs is a lawyer.

IF the person who has the account is refusing to assist, a lawyer can bring an order to show cause to force him to utter the documents that are needed to free the accounts.

The court could also order the accounts opened. Get a good lawyer and let him work. Then let him advise the church on how to avoid this kind of mess from happening again.

If your church doesn't have a lawyer and would like to speak to our lawyers, please have someone in authority contact me through the links below.

Good Luck.
