filing a summons and complaint in albany new york

do you know where I can get the forms to file a summons and complaint online free of charge for Albany County New York? The complaint involves money owed as part of a divorce agreement where one of the parties refuses to pay. In the divorce agreement one party is entitled to a portion of a retirement plan. After two years the quadro was signed by a judge and now the receiving party has to sue the other party for back-pay for the last two years. It is my understanding that the first step is to file a summons and complaint. Can you help?

Your question is a little confusing. I know of no free online forms for a summons and complaint. However, you can go to the law library in the Supreme Court in Albany. There you may find free forms.
