Can you sue someone for libel defermation if they tell you there intent to defame your character first if you dont stop doing something, and then they publish a descriptive word about you on the internet? Ex. '' if you dont stop buying that coin on this site, i'm going to humiliate you on example dot com'' Then they post on example dot com This guy is a fa***.

Yes you can. Remember the statute of limitations is one year from the date of publication.
