Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

i was parked in td bank (parking lot) and while i was getting out of my car i see cop car in back of my car and a officer comes out and says he notice my windows are tinted. long story short he gives me a ticket .. can i fight this ticket , because i was parked literally out of my car.

No, because your car is illegal. You are lucky the police officer didn't impound the car.
