Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

regardig changing ones residency

hi

my question is : -

i am currently a new york resident. i am thinkin about treansfering to a college in pennsylvania, i understand that i will have to pay out of state tution there, but if i lease a house there off campus and live in it , get a job in pennsylvania open a bank account, buy a car and get a drivers id, totalling proving that the main reason of me livin in pennsylvania is not education is it possible that on my second year in college in pennsylvania i can pay in state tution.

Every state has its own rules regarding residency. The people who can help you the most are the folks at the school in charge of financial aid. They can answer all your questions knowledgably
