class a misdemenor with 7 counts appying to remove conditional status

if i plea to a class a misdemeanor, will application to remove conditional status be denied and get deport process? the judge will issue a 3yrs probation for plea offer and may or not reduce charges. what conditional probation or plea offer won't shun getting green card? will criminal record affect my status change? tell me what's the best way for me to stay as a legal alien. my cout date is tomorrow and i am married to US spouse and had filed to remove conditional status. Plse help me. my main charge is a meancing 4th degree weapon and they have a pic. evidence.

I think it is little late to be posting this question if your criminal hearing is tomorrow. I would try to postpone the criminal matter and immediately contact a local immigration for a consultation. Many convictions for class A misdemeanors could result in your ultimate deportation from the US. For example, a conviction of a crime of moral turpitude or a gun or drug conviction or violation of an order of protection or domestic violence conviction would make you deportable. If you plead to 7 counts, that is even worse. On the other hand, if you turn down a plea agreement, you could do a year in jail if you are convicted after after trial. If the prosecutor refuses a deal for a class B misdemeanor, then you might not be able to avoid deportaton.
