Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

Is there any way dancers(strippers) can come here on a temporary visa. I know they used to be able to come to the u.s.a. on an Arts visa or a H 2 b visa all the dancers will be here for less than one year but at least 3 months and these jobs are seasonal. For instance Miami, FL has a big tourist season during the winter. If there is a way for the dancers to get here please let me know all the details and costs included.

There is a way but it is fairly complicated. Along with the original H-2B you would also need to present other forms such as the 9141 and a 9142. If you are interested in going into further details please contact my firm. It is a complicated and should be done by a professional.
