Is being charged of a crime involving moral turpitude enough to stop a person from getting usa citizenship even though the court has not proven a person guilty of the crime?

This is a vague question. There are temporary bars to naturalization and there are permanent bars. Also, it depends on when the conviction occurred. Please visit our website "Naturalization" page to learn more about what bars apply to naturalization.
