Urgent Erisa mtn question

ERISA Mtn panic - URGENT

--NY 2nd Circuit (SDNY)--

I am representing a gentleman whose last atty literally disappeared. I jumped in for this poor guy figuring that this might be a straightforward matter. Then I realized it was ERISA. I am now faced with a Friday 3/10 deadline for a response to the defendant's motion for Judgment on the Administrative Record. I have been trying to get assistance on this for weeks with no luck.

In a nutshell: This gentleman was injured on the job and suffered a serious injury to his back. He had surgery. He hasn't been able to work at all for years.

Here's the punchlne: UNUM Provident.

What I need right now is the ability to create a document by the end of the week that will get me through this motion. In the longer term I may need to refer/hire someone. As you see this is time sensitive. Any ideas? Docs? Thanks

Off the top of my head if the problem is with the carrier, check with the New York Insurance Department, liquidation Bureau.
