what can i do if i am paying monthly installments on a computer and it is in my ex-girlfriend house and doesn't want to give it to me?

If you are the owner of the property , you can bring an action for REPLEVIN seeking an order for her to turn it over. Alternatively, you can sue for the amount of money you have paid under a theory called UNJUST ENRICHMENT. If the amount is under a certain threshold , you might be able to sue her in Small Claims court which is far less costly and more time efficient
