Safeguarding the superb IDEA for a TV Channel
Please note that I am writing from Indian.As you know and i suppose the laws of copyright and IPR are same in USA and India so pleeeeeease help me. I have a very good idea for a TV channel. This TV channel needs much less money (a quarter of million dollars only) to start as compared to the ones running nowadays. I have worked very hard on the idea and put every aspect of it down on the paper. I have a kind of ProjectReport ready with me, which I want to give to a venture capitalist (in search of one). I have written many ideas on how to make that channel a big success plus also how to make it very popular and how to get the material for it etc. I am very sure that it will earn huge amount of revenue and might be one of the most profitable channels in my country. I just want to know what all I can and should do before giving those papers to anyone? I would like to have a permanent position like MD or President of that channel and would like to have a share (say 49%) of in all the earnings that channel makes in the future? And if that is not possible then how can I sell that idea for a good amount of money? I will be highly grateful to you for your free guidance. All i can give is my prayers. God Bless All.
