When are cuban cigars legal?

Is it true that cigars made before the

embargo are exempt from the restriction?

If they are?Is it legal to sell them in the

US?

There now appears to be a blanket ban on the importation of Cuban products. For some time you could import $100 worth of Cuban goods, but that apears to have been rescinded. There are many web sites which address the issue of the importation of Cuban cigars. As fellow cigar lovers, they keep up to date on the status of the importation of Cuban cigars.
