Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

Hello

In October i was taken to court by my landlord in Suffolk county for being late with my rent,a payment agreement was made and adheard to,now my landlord is saying they want additional money, they say they forgot that should have been charged, and want to take me to court again saying that since all the previous money was not paid they want an eviction,my question is that since a agreement was made incourt and was supposed to be for the total money due can they now say i owe other money and take me back to court for fees from the same months that were in the previous agreement that stated total monies due and what needed to be paid per the agreement

Q. my question is that since a agreement was made incourt and was supposed to be for the total money due can they now say i owe other money and take me back to court for fees from the same months that were in the previous agreement that stated total monies due and what needed to be paid per the agreement.

A. The court looks to the 4 corners of the agreement. If you complied with the agreement then the landlord is out of luck.
