Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

My husband and I has informed our landlord about our children's levels coming back positive for lead. She refused to have the apartment tested and told me to go back to the doctor in which I did. My daughters level rose my son's did not. I was told by the doctor to file a complaint and I did. They came and did the inspection on Christmas Eve and she put a letter under the door and said it was an eviction notice.. The results came back positive what do we do now?????

You should speak to a lawyer who deals with lead poisoning and a landlord tenant lawyer regarding an eviction. It is clear that the landlord is retaliating against you.
