Landlord selling house

My landlord is in the process of selling the house we rent an apt. from. We signed a lease from 2/08-2/09. If the house sells quickly, do we need to move out even if lease does not end until next feb?

No. You can remain in the house until 2/09. The only difference is that you would pay rent to the new owner.
