Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
I am a landlord and have a tenant whos children were recently arrested for Grand larcony. The items were stored in my tenants house and recovered from there. Do I have grounds for eviction?

Yes. See NY RPAPL section 711(5) since the property was used for an illegal business.
