Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
I live in New York state and I was wondering how you would evict a person from your house? I am currently renting and I have a roommate whose name is not on the lease, and she does not contribute to rent.

You step in the shoes as the landlord and you would need to file a landlord tenant eviction case against your room mate.
