Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

Mrsa

I went in the hospital for diverticulitus and 2 days after admission was informed I had to be moved to isolation because they my urine showed a touch of MRSA. This was relayed to me by a an patient aid not one doctor came in to address it whatsoever. 2 days later I am discharged with the super antibotic Zyvox. I feel that I was just pushed out and told that it will go away in 4 days???

Re: Mrsa

If you have responded well to the antibiotics and made a good recovery, I have difficulty finding any injury for which to bring a lawsuit. Even if you were discharged from the hospital sooner than you think you should have been, the first question is whether you suffered any injury because of it. Need more information here. Best, M. E.
