Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York
Car accident
I have an attorney but I do not feel she is performing to the best of her abilities.The facts are, I fell asleep behind the wheel at 4am on the highway, i hit the side ramp, i got out of the car physically fine, another car saw what happened and began to direct traffic away from my car, i got back into the car to call my mother from that point on I was unconscious.Later i found out that after i got back into the car another car plowed into me, while the gentleman was still outside directing cars away, causing me three months of physical and mental therapy.I had neck and back injuries, and could not sleep due to trauma.What if anything should I do, what do you think this may be worth, ballpark figure.

Did you have MRIs? what were the results? What were the lighting conditions? Where on the road was your car when it was hit?
