Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

IME said I wont be able to work

I had a IME for insurance company and I told the ime and showed him papers that I was getting therapy so I can go back to work. I will have to climb ladders and such. He laughed and said with my bad shoulder I will never climb a ladder I have right shoulder impingement and it hurts to even take my shirt off.also neck pain. Will the no fault pay me if I get fired because I can't perform duties?

was it a no fault IME or comp? No fault will pay part of your salary for a certain number of weeks if you are disabled as a result of the accident-you have to apply for it.
