Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

Salmonella

I am a resident of Central Islip. I have an issue I would like to discuss to see if I have any options.

Last night I went to a diner with a friend. I ordered the roast chicken. After eating two pieces, blood started to ooze from the chicken - obviously undercooked! I sent it back to be re-cooked - althought I had no appetite to eat when it came back. There was no apology from the waitress or the manager.

I was up most of the night with severe stomach cramps and nausea. This morning I am experiencing stomach cramps and a migraine headache. I am wondering if, through the negligence of the diner, if I have saminela poisoning! According to the symptoms (which I researched on the Internet), and considering that I ate semi-cooked chicken, I do have saminela.

Do I have any legal recourse against the diner and, if so, are you able to handle my case? Thank you for your time. Please reply directly to [email protected]
