Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

My son was injured in a bar and has $4500 in medical bills. He had no insurance when it happened. This happened in November 2009 and no police report was filed. Is it too late to do anything now?

You didn't mention how he was injured, and what he was doing at the time. Generally, there is a two year statute of limitations on these kinds of matters. You should tell your son to contact a law office and ask for a free consultation.
