I would like some more details. I don't handle these kinds of cases but I would like to call up a friend of mine who deals with police harassment cases.

Re: trespassing, ilegal searches. false arrestd

False arrest claims are fact sensitive. What drives whether you have a claim depends on a number of factors. Firstly, I would ask whether you were mistaken for someone else, second, whether you were given an opportunity to identify yourself and what specifically was the sum and substance of your conversation with the officers that arrested you and the person you were visiting. When you add trespassing and illegal search and seizure you are adding many complex issues that all need to be dealt with individually. Unfortunately, you have not given me enough information to speak thoroughly about these other issues. I have helpful information on my website at www.1800wefight.com or you can contact me for a free consultation at 1(800)WE-FIGHT. I look forward to helping you in any way that I can.
