Unlicensed driver rear ended

My husband, who doesn't have a license, was rear ended in my insured vehicle which resulted in both vehicles being totaled. Can we sue even though he was unlicensed?

Yes, although you can expect a harder time from the insurance companies. I would only bring the suit if there were serious injury to avoid a ticket in retaliation.
