Is It Worth It??
I was hit in the face by someone and suffered a broken jaw. I want to sue for pain and suffering but he has nothing is it even worth it to sue?

Sounds like it's not. Also, there's some likelihood there will be a self-defense defense. However, we once used a theory of "negligent excessive use of force" and got a homeowner's policy to kick in. They paid during while the jury was deliberating. Good luck. Best, M. E. Zuller
