Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

I live in NY and am in the process of selling my home. We signed a contract on a home in Florida with contingencies of selling our house. We have buyer for our house in NY and they have been approved for the loan amount we're just waiting on an appraisal and the closing date. We also put money down on the house in Florida. The house was on the internet sights with sale pending and after we put down the money the home was taken off all the internet sights that it was for sale on. Now I just got on the internet and the house is back on the market with no sale pending and I still have a signed contract. I gave our real estate agent the paper work on our house being in the process of being sold and waiting for the assessment she said she gave it to the other agent. Is this legal and can I do anything about this legally

You'll need to file suit in Florida and should re-post as a Florida question.
