Presuming the incorrect designation is in the Deed, and was wrong from the time the Deed was originally filed (the block number was not changed by the tax department of your municipality after the Deed was originally recorded) a new, corrective Deed must be filed. If the tax department changed designations after the Deed was filed, a new Deed need not be filed, but can be filed for future references if the property is sold or transferred just to show the current designation.
