partition action question

A partition action has been filed on a large parcel of land with multiple owners (13). A offer to purchase has been made on the entire parcel by a outside party. Can or will this have any effect on the courts decision?

Yes. If you sell it, the decision is moot. If you do not, the court will decide if a sale is warranted.
