Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
on a real estate website if it says home for sale does that mean once you give the stated amount you permanently own that land and only have to pay for gas, water, and electricity or is the stated amount what you will have to pay every month?

Generally, when you purchase a home you own the property outright.
